Your happiness is our goal. If you’re not happy with your chicka-d purchase, we’ll work to make it right, and do what it takes for you to be satisfied.

Here are our 3 principals of guaranteed happiness:

    • Quality - If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any product that you ordered, you may return the product and request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
    • Communication - You'll always hear back from us within 24 hours, and almost always much, much faster than that.
    • Speed – We know you have places to go, and we’ll ship our orders as soon as possible!

chicka-d will accept returns and exchanges only within 30 days of purchase for unworn and unwashed products with original tags attached.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please use the Contact Us page and submit a return inquiry. We will promptly respond back to you with instructions. If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Refunds are typically issued within 1-2 days from the date your return shipment is received at our location.

chicka-d will offer free exchanges for any item of similar or lesser value.

Please note that items that have been purchased at a sale price are final sale and may not be returned.
