RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY
All collegiate orders are custom made, and therefore are final sale and can not be returned.
Everyday, blank styles are eligible to be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free with all original tags attached.
Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of order placement. Once a return is approved, please return the item back to chicka-d within 14 days. Returns after the 14 period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed by chicka-d once received.

Each of our college decorated items are made to order. Please allow 5–8 business days for order processing before we ship. You’ll get a tracking email once your order is on the way. If you haven’t received one yet, don’t worry — your order is still in the making!
