Online Orders:
Unworn or damaged items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with original tag attached. Item(s) with visible sign of wear or washing are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

All sale items are final sale. This does not include purchases made with a discount code.
To make a return or exchange, please email customerservice@chicka-d.com to request the return address and instructions. Please let us know at that time if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, tell us the item you'd like to exchange your item(s) for. Please include the original order invoice, if possible, in your shipment.

Once the returned item is received, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or an exchanged for a different item. Any store credit used as payment will be refunded in the form of store credit and is not eligible for a refund to a credit card.
Unworn or damaged item(s) being returned after the 14 day period can be returned for store credit only via an online gift card for the original value of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to return this shipment. 

Return Shipping:
Please note that chicka-d is not responsible for lost packages. All lost packages must be handled via the delivery courier.

If returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us. When shipping returned or exchangeable item(s), it is recommended you use a courier services with delivery confirmation or a tracking number as chicka-d is not responsible for any lost items while in transit back to our return facility.
