We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange, we will be happy to help you.
1. All returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed and re-sellable condition and be postmarked within 30 days of the date of purchase. All tags must be attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. A Return/Exchange Form was included on the back of your invoice with your shipment. Please follow the instructions on that sheet to return/exchange an item(s). If you cannot find that form, a new Return/Exchange Form can be printed here.
3. We only accept returns for items bought off of the chicka-d website. Please return all garments bought from a retail partner to the store where it was purchased.
4. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. If you are requesting an exchange, chicka-d will ship your new garment to you free of charge.
