Most items will be shipped within two business days. However during busier times there is no shipping guarantee. Express shipments will be mailed the same business day if received before 12:00pm CST, next business day if received later than 12:00pm CST. If you need to receive your order by a certain time please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order and choose express shipping. USPS does not include Sunday in delivery times. Yes, you will get a receipt. After your order is processed and shipped, you’ll get a confirmation e-mail that will provide the information about your order, including item description(s) and quantity. You will receive an additional e-mail once the item has been shipped with the date your product was shipped and the tracking number.

Yes, USPS will leave your package(s) without obtaining a signature. Please be sure to check all areas they might leave a package (all door, porches, behind bushes, etc.) before contacting customer service about a lost package. This is left to the driver's discretion. Deliveries going to a business address require a signature.

If your package is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us via email at help@chicka-d.com or by phone at 512.904.0180 to ensure replacement of the damaged item(s). We will contact USPS to file any claims that may be needed.
A Return/Exchange Form will be included on the back of the receipt that comes with your shipment. Please follow the instructions on that sheet to return/exchange an item(s). If you cannot find that form, a new Return/Exchange Form can be printed here. Item(s) that have not been used, laundered, or worn may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase.
